Superia acted as sole financial adviser to the shareholders of Dautkom, the leading independent cable TV and internet services provider in Daugavpils, in the sale of 100% shareholding to Baltcom.
Due to the strong market position of Dautkom in Daugavpils, the transaction will allow Baltcom to expand its operations in the second largest city in Latvia.
