Enefit Green and NEFCO sold their shareholding in 4E Biofond to Infortar.
Superia acted as sole financial adviser to Enefit Green and Nordic Environment Finance Corporation in the sale of 100% shareholding in 4E Biofond to Infortar AS.
4E Biofond is a minority shareholder in Vinni Biogaas OÜ and Oisu Biogaas OÜ, the owners and the operators of Vinni and Oisu biogas combined heat and power plants. 4E Biofond cooperates with local farmers to convert waste into biogas for production of heat and electricity. The combined annual electricity production of the plants is approximately 16 GWh.
