Grigeo acquired Niedomice tissue paper plant
AB Grigeo, one of the largest paper and wood industry group in the Baltic States, acquired Niedomice tissue paper plant in Poland from Głuchołaskie Zakłady Papiernicze Sp. z o.o. (GZP). Niedomice tissue paper plant is located 90km from Krakow and employs 175 workers.
According to Tomas Jozonis, the CEO of AB Grigeo, expansion into Poland is a strategically planned step that will allow the company to strengthen its position in the tissue paper market in Central and Eastern Europe and expand its product range.
The plant reached EUR 40m revenue and EUR 3.8m EBITDA in 2022.
