Maksekeskus, the leading online focused payment service provider in the Baltics, sold to Luminor Bank

We are pleased to announce that Superia acted as sole financial adviser to Omniva, Inbank and minority shareholders in the sale of 99% shareholding in Maksekeskus to Luminor Bank. Maksekeskus is the online focused leading payment service provider in the Baltics, providing e-merchants and their customers with secure and convenient payment solutions and e-commerce related services. Luminor Bank, backed by Blackstone Group, is the third-largest provider of financial services in the Baltics.

The transaction attracted significant interest both from strategic and financial buyers, as the company is well positioned in the fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce payments market recording strong growth in both the number of active merchants and Gross Transaction Volume.
