Sigvards' professional track record has been focused on M&A advisory work across the Baltics. His most notable transaction experience at Superia includes the sale of Santa Monica Networks to LMT, acquisition of Targale Wind Park by Utilitas, sale of ABLV Bank's mortgage portfolio to Citadele and sale of Dautkom to Baltcom.
Prior to joining Superia, he worked as Senior Consultant in EY's Baltic Corporate Finance team, focusing on M&A and fundraising projects, particularly in infrastructure and energy sectors.
Sigvards holds a BSc in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
